To inaugurate it, I wanted to talk about a subject that is close to my heart and that has completely shifted my reality. I went from being completely depressed and a total “victim” to my own heroine. At first I wasn’t aware of what I was doing but now that I know, I rejoice in practicing what I hand out in this video today.
